Schengen visa

What is a Schengen visa?
In 1985, an international agreement was concluded in Luxembourg. According to this agreement, 22 member states of the European Union and 4 member states of the Free Trade Association in Europe must act as a single entity.
These countries pledged to remove the passport control law upon entry for the people of this region, and if one of the countries in this area gives a visa, it will be possible to travel to the rest of the countries.
This large integrated area was named the Schengen Area.
A single visa was approved for travel and residence of people in all Schengen member countries, which was named Schengen Visa.
By using this visa, you can travel and stay in Schengen countries under certain conditions and for a certain period of time.
Schengen visa is a temporary visa and allows the holders of this visa to stay for 90 days in every 180 days. As a result, it can be said that obtaining a Schengen visa is not suitable for long-term goals such as study or work.
